Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Have a look at our shipping page for rates and times.

Can I track my package?

Sure! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. 

You can also track your order via the order tracking link.
Please note that you will need your Order ID and billing e-mail.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Paypal or Credit Card.

I need an invoice, what should i do?

If you need an invoice please request it at the time the order is placed. It is important that you provide us with information, such as the VAT number, the company name and the billing address for the purpose of issuing a valid invoice.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place orders and checkout without an account.
However, we suggest to create an account to easily keep track of your orders.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can cancel your order if we get the cancelation before the order is shipped. Please send us an email right after you placed the order.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items. Best option is to cancel the order and place a new one.

Will i get a confirmation of my order?

You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail right afer you placed your order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.

Is it possible for studio saòr to cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

How can i return a product?

If you wish to return one or more items notify us via e-mail first, adding your order number. You then can pack the products and send them back to us. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible. 

Please note that customers will be responsible of returns shipping.

What should i do if i received a damaged or defective product?

We always double check our orders before posting. If the product is received damaged or defected please send a photo and description of the item to hello@studiosaor.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Privacy

What do you do with my personal information?

All information given to studio saòr is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any third parties and is strictly used between the customer and studio saòr. By submitting your info, you agree to send it to studio saòr who will process and use it according to the privacy policy.
